Printing Instructions For ALL Forms

1. Click on the desired Form “Get” button to see the form

2. At the top right of the page, there will be a printer icon box with a down select arrow

3. Click on the arrow to open the option box

4. Select “Print Preview”

5. Select “Shrink to Fit”

6. Select 90% - If 90% does not give you the full document select 85%.  If neither of these percent’s fill the page, then select the precent that does

7. Then click the printer icon at the top left of the screen to print the form
